What is Safeguarding?
Safeguarding is about being alert to the signs that someone may be at risk of harm and ensuring there is a process in place to report any and all concerns. We take seriously the statutory and moral duty that exists to protect the health and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk.
As such, ensuring the safety of our learners, employers, their service-users and our team is our number one priority here at Aspiration Training. We work hard to raise the awareness of our learners, employers and Aspiration team members to enable them to be alert to someone being at risk of harm and make it clear and simple for them to act if they have a concern. Our commitment to safeguarding has been recognised by being awarded Leaders in Safeguarding status.
