Aspiration Training (Wales) is a privately owned, leading specialist training provider based in Newport, Wales and is part of Aspiration Training Ltd.
Aspiration Training Ltd is an award-winning independent training provider, delivering qualifications in Health and Social Care, Childcare and Business Administration and Management for over 20 years.

Who is Aspiration Training?
We focus on supporting and developing our team members and providing them with a great place to work. Our frontline teaching team are not only sector experts, but also qualified to at least Level 4 in teaching and many are Mental Health First Aiders too.
We support over 4,500 people either into work or to develop their careers through nationally recognised vocational qualification programmes, including apprenticeships and continuing professional development. We train early years educators, and their managers, in the Childcare Sector and care professionals, and their managers, in the Health and Social Care sector as well as traineeship programmes via Jobs Growth Wales+.
Aspiration Training Ltd was founded in Wales in 2002 and our core strength remains unparalleled in the exemplary delivery of qualifications via our ACT contract, spread across a variety of learners and employers against a mixed age profile across Wales.
