An apprenticeship is a training program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction. It is a way for individuals to gain practical skills and knowledge in a specific industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

During an apprenticeship, learners work under the guidance of a mentor or supervisor, who provides them with hands-on training. They learn the skills needed through real-world work experiences, completing tasks and projects related to the chosen sector.

Apprenticeships are typically structured courses that last for a specific duration, ranging from 12-24 months. Throughout the course, apprentices earn a wage as they gain experience and progress through the training.

In many of the courses, apprentices will need to pass an exam or assessment to demonstrate the knowledge that they have gained. After completing the program successfully, apprentices will receive a nationally recognised qualification which can enhance their career prospects and serve as proof of their skills.

I appreciate all the contributions Aspiration Training has provided me. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the people who have helped me achieve my qualification and made my experience memorable.

I feel really positive about the workshops and more confident about utilising the online learning hub, and my coach is approachable. The breakout rooms are beneficial for open discussions about tasks set; they promote positive and helpful discussions. I’m finding it easy to complete tasks because I’m given the time during the session to make notes. I feel comfortable with the groups I work with and can contact my coach offline.
