Management Level 5

Overview

This qualification is for individuals that are currently employed in a Supervisory role and can achieve through on the job training and assessment. It is expected that learners have a degree of autonomy in their role. Credit Value 40 and 400 guided learning hours.

Entry requirements

The apprentice must be employed, working more than 16 hours per week and have completed at least 3 months of their probation period. They must have an understanding of and use of IT equipment.

Completion of West Diagnostics in Application of Number, Application of Communication and Application of Digital Literacy. Then completion of these for Essential Skills if a suitable qualification is not already held.

Qualifications

On successful completion of the qualification, the individual will be awarded the following:

ILM in Team Leading Level 2
Essential Skills in Maths English and Digital Literacy Level 1 (if applicable)
